Weekly report

This week really did not go to plan but for once it wasn't my eating or my want to not exercise. I was actually really looking forward to starting a routine; I did arms on Monday and then every spare second after that was dedicated to painting our old apartment for new tenants moving in on Monday (2/10). It was an unexpected window to be able to give the place a bit of a spruce, which it really needed, so we had to get the whole place painted, which we did and it looks amazing but now we are both knackered (Mark still isn't 100% well) and my routine is another week behind. It has really taken me 3 whole weeks to get into the swing of things again. I did lose 3.5lbs over September when I didn't really exercise and ate rubbish but I am disappointed; at circumstance and at that loss. I wanted bigger start if I'm honest. I read something recently that really resonated with me:



I really need to say no and remember to say no and that starts now; muffins are now officially banned for the next month. I had one every day last week for breakfast and I don't mean a healthy bran muffin I mean a delicious massive one from Café Nerro. I'm also saying no to laziness and dehydration. My daily focus for this week is to work out and to drink 2 litres of water to see how it effects my tiredness and overall well being.


Autumn is my favourite season and fitness wise it is normally when I get my act together and is the most productive month for me so I'm very excited. I started my October challenge yesterday- doing Bob Harper's 15 Minute Yoga Abs every day and I really enjoyed it, it felt like no time at all but I could REALLY feel it.




I'm also super excited to be partaking in Clean Week as part of the Eat.Play.Slay group; its a 5 day beachbody programme, with a daily workout and eating plan so I am determined to do my best to stick to it. My amazing coach is Frankii Newbery (@FrankiiNewbsFitness) who is of course my bestie but also just fabulous support- she is an inspiration who will stop at nothing to help those around her. Her heart is so huge. So this week I'm in 1000%, for her and for me.
