WEEK ONE RESULTS
Total weight to lose: 9.5kg/20.9lbs

3kg lost in a week!! Thats nearly half a stone!
I stood on the scales 3 times to make sure. 2018 has started out awesomely <3 There has been a number that I could not, for the life of me, drop below for the past 6 months at least, and I am thrilled (and also very surprised) to have lost so much in the week especially since my calorie deficit was -5277 so I was expecting to lose about 1.5lbs. Clearly my body was crying out for a health kick .
HYDRATION
I have drinking my water and I got this awesome hydrate water bottle from Next, it was exactly what I was looking for; its about a litre and has the times on it so I'm keeping on track during working hours. The weekend is when I'm the worst with water so I may have to get a second one for the house!
WORKOUTS
Monday- TRX and 10 Minute Abs
Thursday-TRK, resistance bands and Weights
and Saturday - Short run and a mix of resistance bands and TRK
This weekend past we cleaned the house, so put away the Christmas decorations and gave the house a really good spring clean so even though we didn't stop all weekend, I feel so well rested because we were so productive. Its crazy house a clean house (and handbag) can bring such clarity.
Even with our busy weekend, I worked out on Saturday and still managed 14k steps on Sunday but this week I'm going to strive for at least 4 workouts and I wanted to get back to my lunch time ab/yoga routine as I quite miss it.
I still need to bring some routine to my workouts but I've got an awesome programme from an Instagram-er PT called Sophie Brewster (The Stronger By Sophie - 8 Week Challenge) so hopefully that will give me some structure.
DIET AND CALORIE DEFICIT

I have been ON POINT with my food, not one slip up. I had a crazy headache on Wednesday and I think it was for lack of sugar. Mark even had a pizza at the weekend and I didn't go near it. My treat on Sunday was an oatmilk latte and a chocolate protein bar which was super tasty. I'm finding that I still really crave junk food but its only been 7 days so I think the want for bad food will be with me for a while longer.
Also porridge made with water is just gross.
I also look my before photos last Monday (yuck is all I can say) so I'm really excited to start putting the montage together of the before and after!
