WEEK FOUR RESULTS -

Total weight to lose: 9.5kg/20.9lbs

Weight lost this week: 0.3kg/0.66lbs

Total weight lost so far: 4.5kg/9.9lbs (so close to 10lbs!!!!!)

Still to lose: 5kg/11lbs

This week has definitely been the hardest so far and nothing had gone to plan. And I'm so fricking tiredddddddddddd...

WORKOUT


My weight loss for the last two weeks has slowed down dramatically having only lost 1.5kg (3.3lbs) and so I need to focus on ramping up my workouts this week to burn more calories as I'm only half way to my goal so I need to try to lift more but this week that just did not happen.


On Tuesday I really wasn't feeling it (which is the first time that has happened) but I still finished my set and then on Wednesday I was at a work thing, Thursday we went to the movies, Friday night I did work out (as below) but Saturday night I wasn't feeling very well and Sunday night I took the car for a drive (as I haven't driven in so long) and that's all I did all week. I just kind of ran out of time.


But new week and a new month this week; thank God because I'm so excited my new food regime starts soon!


DIET


As I said on Wednesday evening I was at a work thing so by the time I got there all I'd eaten all day and 2 eggs and my vegan shake so I was really really hungry and the only canapes were mini burgers (both chickpea and beef) and small cones of chicken and chips. So I had some and felt like SHITE afterwards so it definitely wasn't worth it but I did have to eat something and work and our evenings been busy this week so I didn't have the chance to grab anything else. Also this weekend past I had bread, so much bread for the first time in weeks- I have just wanted junk food all week long and I cant shake it. my energy is at an all time low (which is probably due to my calorie deficit) and I didn't drink my water over the weekend and I now I feel like shit and am so tired. I still have to finalize my carb cycling plan but I am REALLY looking forward to it especially for treat Sundays.


So onwards and upwards, last week was just a bad week and I have a long way to still go so with that in mind I'm back to it this week which will be sponsored by coffee...




STRONGER BY SOPHIE


A couple of friends have asked me what workout programme I'm currently following; its called Stronger by Sophie. Sophie Brewster is a WBFF UK Fitness Champion and the main reason I started following her programme is because of this picture I of course saw on instrgram:


This is an incredible 16 week transformation and its roughly the same time period that I'm working towards. Now she is a personal trainer and can lift HEAVY but it was really inspiring that she could look like that after 16 weeks. I also really needed a plan to follow that included the equipment we had in the home gym and her 'New Year' plan was perfect.
