Where on earth did February go?! I have spent the whole month socializing, traveling and being hungover (thanks to these two hallions below) and none of it working out. I still have 61 days (just under 9 weeks) before Santorini and that Santorini bikini photo and I need to get back to it.

So I've spent the last week in Iceland on a trip that was disappointing and incredibly stressful, so I've come home not feeling accomplished or excited but sick and tired, however, I am looking forward to getting back to my workout routine.
I'll be doing my monthly review with progress photos on Thursday morning (1st March) but I have only really worked out twice this month so I don't expect any massive changes.
I'm going to go back to my January eating plan for March because 1. it worked 2. it was healthy and within my Lenten boundaries and 3. because I don't have the time atm to sort out my carb cycling menu. I do need to add in some more snacks so that the calorie intake isn't quite so low. So what I'm going to do is at about week 2 or 3 of March is start carb cycling, maybe, we'll see.
TOMORROW IS NOT PROMISED
Mark and I watched a movie on Sunday night called 'Collateral Beauty'; it was really sad but a good watch and there's a line in it that Will Smith says 'tomorrow is not promised' and it resonated with me; I should be grateful of the fact that I got to go to Iceland because some people dream of going and can't/won't ever get to go.
So saying that I will be doing a Wandering Spud post on it soon but I wanted to put in some photos here because life is too short to spend time hating how I look. The reason I hate full length shots because I'm not happy with my 'thick' legs and I always like to have control of the camera in case the pictures are awful. I need to stop that and look at a picture to motivate myself with how far I've come but also remind myself with how far I have to go still so that I don't get lazy and complacent. So here are a couple of Iceland photos that I'm not 100% happy with how I look in them but am 'lucky*' to have.

*I say 'lucky' in inverted commas because anyone who knows me know I don't believe in luck. I believe in hard work, preparation and perseverance with a little bit of 'what is for you will not go by you' sprinkled in there as well. It's complicated.
