ProjectTwoNineFour- Week 12- March 2018
I'm back!
Having been injured for the past 3 weeks I haven't been able to work out- which really sucks. March was meant to be a month to make up for my busy February, but instead I've had to take the time to recover.
This past Wednesday was my first night back to training and I cant believe how much I actually missed it. I didn't follow my normally Stronger by Sophie programme but just made it up as I went along and tested the boundaries of what I thought might still be sore, which I'm so happy was nothing; squats didn't hurt, the TRX straps didn't hurt, clean and presses didn't hurt. It was awesome. I did notice that a lot of the strength I had in Janaury has totally disappeared (not surprising) so I'm excited to build it back up and get some definition back.
Lent
Since I haven't been able to train I've tried to eat better to balance it out. I'm on Lent atm and I'm normally very restrictive but this year I've been a bit more lax; I've eaten bread and allowed myself croissants but everything else I've stayed off. The list is quite extensive but I feel like I've lost weight Im excited to see what the scales say on April 1st.
Friends
We had some lovely visitors for St Patricks day <3 We haven't seen each other since August as Franks lives in England and no one had built a tunnel form her front door to my front door. The last time her and Newbs were over was Oct 2016 when Frankii was preggo with Daisy (who btw is the cutest leprechaun ever).

Plan of Action
Nothing seems to be going to plan so I'm going to stop making plans. Ideally I would love to look like the below picture so I'll just work super hard and use it as my inspiration :) I'm hoping to workout a lot this week especially with Easter coming up. Just need to make sure I don't eat too many Easter eggs.
