INDIGO INTROSPECTION
I have done very little over the past 2 weeks, there is genuinely nothing to report. No excuses. I have had the time but haven't wanted to work out.
I really need my arse KICKED...

FIT BY FRANKII AMBASSADOR
I am super excited to announce that I am now an Ambassador for FitByFrankii! But what does this mean? So imagine this is a show on Netflix, what I'm doing now with Frankii, my fabulous fitness instructor, this is the pilot episode. This show is going to be amazing, you'll be glued to it and there is so much more excellent programming still to come (see what I did there) but it has to start somewhere and that's where we are now. I'm so grateful that Franks has offered me this opportunity and I cant wait to get started.
Hang on, who is this Frankii? You may or may not be aware that Frankii is my bestie; we met at law school in 2007 and she's been with me through so much. I genuinely would not know what I would do without her being my number one cheerleader, her unwavering friendship and love and I am so unbelievably proud that she has started this journey, that she is kicking ass and that she has landed amongst the stars <3 She is so smart, caring and brilliant; I just love her and you really don't know how lucky you are if she is in your life. I really want to show everyone how amazing she is and what a fantastic and skillful PT she is, so I hope I do that by being a FitByFrankii Ambassador.

The Ambassador programme doesn't start for a few weeks but Frankii has drafted a personalised programme for me that incorporates so many exercises I love including some upper body work, lower body work, core work and a whole lot of HIIT. Im calling it 'First- FitByFrankii'. I'm going to be working out 3 times a week for about an hour each time, all with the knowledge and support from my very own fitness instructor!
I'll be doing the 'First' programme for the next 3 weeks until we reach August when I'll start the Ambassador programme but I am very excited to take some before photos (said no one ever!) so that I can take my 'First' after photos in a few weeks to share my progress.
