Skinny Fries is a brand new segment of my vlog as I record my health and fintess journey but it is nothing new when it comes to my blogging. For the past two years I have been documenting my fitness projects so this is taking it to the next level, not just talking about it but doing and showing results and I am really excited about it .
I am determined to kick January's ass, so here is my week one vlog! I will be vlogging weekly showing my progress. Week 1 was AWESOME with great results!
