Skinny Fries: 30 Day Squat Challenge


Hi

MARK AND I HAVE A SET A CHALLENGE...

... essentially I was saying how much I didn't like the shape of my legs and (kinda) joking that the only thing I think I can do is liposuction and basically our conversation led to Mark setting me a 30 day squat challenge. We are in total disagreement as to what the results will be- I think that my legs will get bigger and he thinks that my legs will get slimmer.


So we've placed a bet- he's designed a 30 day squat programme just for me and if he's right and my legs reduce in size then he can be super smug and if I'm right (which I think I will be) and my legs grow in size then I can go and get Cryotherapy ;P
